Mark S. Guralnick is authorized to practice law on three continents-in North America, in Europe, and on the Asia/Pacific Rim. He is qualified as a solicitor of England, Wales, and Scotland, and is an active member of both the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of Scotland. He holds two advanced degrees from English universities, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of London, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School.
On the Asia/Pacific Rim, Mr. Guralnick is an attorney admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The largest city in the Northern Mariana Islands is Saipan, located on a cluster of islands in the Pacific Ocean near Guam.
Mr. Guralnick has been involved in a wide variety of international legal cases, involving shipping and maritime disputes, international real estate issues, multinational jurisdiction and venue issues, international labor and international employment questions, child abduction and child adoption cases, recovery of foreign money lost in unstable political regimes, business deals, and corporate/partnership disputes.
