Great Cases and Published Opinions
[Back To Credentials]
During his legal career, Mark S. Guralnick has handled a
number of complex, creative and innovative cases. Some of
the cases have resulted in major settlements, such as a wrongful
death action in an auto accident, which led to a settlement
of $2.1 million, and a car-truck accident in Philadelphia
in which the driver of the car settled for $365,000. Other
cases have achieved important personal results, such as the
successful dismissal of all criminal charges against a man
charged with committing assault while in prison. Other cases
have achieved personal satisfaction, financial rewards, and
social justice, such as when Mr. Guralnick represented a teacher
in a lawsuit against her school for discharging her after
she “blew the whistle” on them and advised state
officials that they were making false reports about their
care and handling of students.
A number of cases have resulted in published opinions, which
appear in law books and legal periodicals. These published
