Announcements of our New Jersey Lawyer, Mark S. Guralnick

• Mark S. Guralnick will be speaking on legal malpractice issues

  at the next annual convention of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys (ABPLA), to be held October 20-22, 2005 at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. Guralnick, who is board certified as a diplomat in professional liability law, also sits on ABPLA’s Board of Governors.
• Not every state has the same laws, and nobody knows this better than Mark S. Guralnick, an attorney licensed to practice in eight states and several foreign countries.

  Guralnick will be moderating a seminar on September 17, 2005 to help New Jersey lawyers understand the laws of Pennsylvania.

  The seminar is entitled “What New Jersey Lawyers Need to Know about Pennsylvania Civil, Criminal & Family Law Practice,” and will be held at the Clarion Hotel in Cherry Hill.

• A new 2006 edition of The Portable New Jersey Child Support Handbook

  , written by Mark S. Guralnick, will be published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The Handbook will contain the latest updates in child support law, revised guidelines and case information statements, and the newest developments under the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act.
